Great News!

Join us for our Hemet Heritage Foundation/Hemet Museum Meeting and "The Fight Against the Palm Springs Area Tramway" presentation on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm.

Why did it take nearly 30 years to construct one of Riverside County's most iconic attractions?  It's probably not what you think.  Author and historian Steve Lech will discuss the fight to keep the tram from being built and how it changed the project overall.

Doors open at 6:00 pm.  FREE EVENT with refreshments available at the Historic Hemet Theatre in Downtown Hemet

The Hemet Museum is now open  Friday, Saturday and Sunday from  11 am to 3 pm .
